Lumax 将完成对 IAC 印度的收购

一级供应商 Lumax Auto Technologies 已签署协议，将从国际汽车零部件集团 （IAC Group） 收购 IAC International Automotive India （IAC India） 剩余 25% 的股份。
2023 年 3 月，Lumax 收购了 IAC India 75% 的股份，现在计划将其与其业务合并。
