These Terms of Use set out the conditions under which you may use the Website and, if you are a subscriber, the Subscriber Page.
By using the Website, you accept these Terms of Use.
The terms of your subscription itself (content, price, duration, renewal) are set out in the subscription offer or contract you have agreed to with Driving Vision News.
■ Subscriber Page
The Subscriber Page lets subscribers access their reports and content, view and manage their subscription, and renew it online. Access is reserved for subscribers with a current subscription.
To log in, you need:
– Your username: the email address associated with your subscription.
– Your password: chosen by you when you create your account.
We recommend a password of at least 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols, which you do not use on any other website.
Managing your access:
– First visit: you are asked to confirm your subscription details before creating your password.
– Forgotten password: click “Lost your password?” on the login page and enter your email address.
You will receive a secure link to choose a new password. For your security, we never send passwords by email.
– Forgotten username: your username is the email address to which you receive our emails.

– Changing your password: you can change it at any time in the account details section of your Subscriber Page.
■ Your responsibility for your login details
Your login details are personal. Unless your subscription contract expressly provides for several users, you agree not to share them with anyone, including colleagues within your organisation.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any connection made with your login details is presumed to have been made by you.
If you think your login details have been lost, stolen or used by someone else, change your password immediately and inform us at [email protected].
If we detect that login details are being shared or used abnormally, we may suspend access to the Subscriber Page after informing you, without prejudice to any other action available to us under your subscription contract.
