Just two weeks from now, the Delhi DVN Workshop will be held on 9-10 February at the wonderful Crowne Plaza Greater Noida hotel, close to the Delhi Auto Expo allowing attendees to visit it, before the workshop.
The final Workshop docket is online.
The theme for the Workshop is Affordable Technologies and Energy Saving
Around 20 lectures are in store from the likes of automakers such as Renault, setmakers including Hella, IJL, Minda, Stanley-Lumax, Valeo, and Varroc; light source suppliers such as Osram, Lumileds, and Everlight; and global tier-2 suppliers including Docter Optics, LMT, Mentor Graphics, Optis, and Synopsys. Round table discussions will follow the various sessions, as well.
A panel discussion about regulations will take place, chaired by GTB President Geoff Draper, with the rubric “The Implications of a new approach to the UN Regulations for Indian Stakeholders”. Panel participants shall include Hero Motor, the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), ICAT (the International Centre for Automotive Technology), Hella India Lighting, ARAI (the Automotive Research Association of India), Tata Motors, Fiem Industries, Lumax Industries, and Maruti Suzuki India.
And 15 lighting companies will exhibit their products and services close to the conference hall.
As is customary the night before DVN Workshops, the special dinner on 9 February will gather all the attendees for an informal (and delicious!) meet-and-greet evening. Around 150 attendees from 45 companies are already registered; space is filling up rapidly, so if you haven’t yet done so, do go and register right away, before we must close the attendance.
In advance I thank the speakers, the chairs, and the sponsors who have helped to prepare this workshop and shape it as an impending success. Find more information on DVN’s India Workshop page.
Sincerely yours
DVN Editor in Chief
