Hector Fratty and all of us at Driving Vision News wish you a happy Christmas and send you our friendly wishes for this coming year.
Over the past year, the exchange of thoughts and ideas has propelled our community of professionals involved in vehicle lighting and driver assistance to new heights of progress. That was the primary main objective when DVN was originally launched, and we’re gratified to see the community flourishing as it is. We’re proud to have built this hub for synergy, to promote innovation, and help our industries meet changing and challenging market conditions. There can be no doubt that sharing our ideas, worries, and visions on how to excel will carry on boosting the success of each and all of us—and that’s why facilitating these kinds of cooperation will continue as the main ambition of Driving Vision News in our reports, our weekly newsletters, and our workshops during this new coming year.
The jobs in this field are interesting but difficult—sometimes very difficult—and your answer to the “how are you?” question emphasises systematically your difficult busy time. We hope you will have a restful, relaxing holiday season with your loved ones and friends, away from the rest-of-the-year stress.
Meanwhile, we’re busily preparing our 2017 workshops—in Michigan next month for which registrations are now closed, and in Shanghai in April.
This week’s newsletter brings you information about the report, to be released this week, about the American Makers of the USA lighting industry. You’ll be missing out if you don’t give it a read; there’s a lot of new information in it.
All my best wishes again.
Sincerely yours
DVN President
