As we reach the end of this year, it’s a fine time to evaluate the achievements of DVN in 2017. These include 52 Newsletters, 11 Reports, two Workshops, one extremely detailed study on the impact of a changing automotive industry on exterior lighting, and intriguing regular conversations amongst DVN Gold members.
52 newsletters we sent to the lighting community, week after week without interruption. That’s 52 editorials, 52 in-depth informational pieces, and more than 600 news articles about lighting, driver assistance, and other relevant industry news. The newsletter’s purpose is to bring you quickly and efficiently up to date every week on all the important happenings in the realm of lighting and ADAS; it’s your one-stop source for relevant news and views for our industry.
11 Reports we released, covering events like the Detroit, Geneva, Shanghai, and Frankfurt auto shows; DVN Workshops in the US and China, and the ISAL congress. Four Reports that we feel added particularly interesting spice to the mix this past year were those on simulation tools, interior lighting, Israeli startups, and JLR’s lighting activities.
