Experts from around the world are snapping up spots at the DVN Workshop happening later this month. The enthusiastic response will oblige us to close registrations earlier than expected. Much as we’d like to be able to hold the door open longer for everyone, for safety reasons we cannot. We are very close to reaching our maximum event capacity of 220 attendees—more than have ever attended a DVN Workshop. We enthusiastically thank the 67 companies—18 OEMs, 17 setmakers, and 32 tier-2 suppliers including five light source suppliers—as well as the researchers and regulators who will be joining in. China, Japan, South Korea, the US and Canada, and 10 European countries will be represented. Your commitments are a much-appreciated vote of confidence and trust in us, and we appreciate it.
It is not so easy to come from abroad to France, and we’re particularly grateful to those making the effort to participate from all over the world. Please know we of the DVN team—and I personally—make the commitment that your time and participation will be well worthwhile at this exceptional event. The Workshop is shaping up to be one of the most interesting we’ve ever organised. Under the rubric “Future for automotive lighting – Vision 2020-2025”, the workshop will boost each attendee’s ability to build a robust, realistic, informed vision specific to the particulars of his or her company’s unique strategic plan.
Renowned speakers, all high-level managers in their own field, will project a large and credible vision from inside our industry and the booths from set makers and lighting suppliers will show their latest innovations. Here is the list of companies which will exhibit their products/services at this 2014 DVN Paris workshop:
Setmakers: Automotive Lighting, Hella, Valeo.
Light source suppliers: Nichia, Osram, Philips, Seoul Semiconductor.
Tier-2 suppliers: AML Systems, Astron-Fiamm, Brandenburg, Docter Optics, Enmech-Freudenberg, GXC-coatings, IAV, Mentor Graphics, Optis, Sonceboz, and Zollner.
If you have not yet registered, hurry fast —the doors close soon!
Sincerely yours
DVN Editor in Chief
