We constantly strive to give our Gold and Platinium members faster, better, easier, more useful access to DVN content. Now comes our latest release, reporting the recent and hugely successful Shanghai workshop. It goes live today, and includes a précis together with our analysis, evaluation, and commentary of most of the lectures. At the end of each summary, for the first time, there’s a link to directely open the lecture slides.
We chose this report to launch the newly expanded lecture access because we have never before had such an interesting DVN workshop, not only on account of the numerous (30) lectures but also their very high content value. So, now you will have direct access to the viewpoints and presentations of:
– OEM representatives such as Audi’s Huhn, Daimler’s Kostanzer, Qoros’ Hildebrand, Great Wall’s Yansong, and Shanghai VW’s Jhisung;
– Light source supplier representatives including Philips’s Peek and Osram’s Reiners;
– Lighting set maker representatives such as AL’s Fadel, Varroc’s Neumann, Hella’s Moore, Ichikoh’s Barthomeuf, Xingyu’s Zhou, ZKW’s Antonitsch, Stanley’s Sato, Shanghai Koito’s Ao, Mobis’ Lee, and UMTRI’s Flannagan;
– Tier 2 suppliers including Mentor Graphics, Brandenburg, Optis, Docter Optics, GXC, and AML Systems, and
– Reports and slides from the panel session on regulations, such an important discussion for the future of regulatory harmonisation.
Really, the 5 th anniversary of Driving Vision News is an important step to offer a lot of information and to give the opportunity to all our Gold and Platinium member to share this information into the lighting community.
We’re already working on our next workshop to be held late this year—stay tuned!
Sincerely yours
DVN Editor in Chief
