My main target when building the DVN website was to achieve a real lighting community. Hence I organised automotive lighting workshops, the latest of which took place this month in Paris and was acclaimed as a big success by all the attendees. I was involved in the organisation of congresses, I was instrumental in sharing what I think is valuable information.
But many members tell me they do not really see a lighting community when visiting the website. Our team has been working on it for a few months and are proud to announce that before the end of this year, we’re adding more value to our DVN website through the implementation of our DVN community section. This new section currently under construction is the result of your needs, your feedbacks and will answer most of your frequently asked questions and comments.
Among others, it will give an opportunity for all our Gold members to introduce the competitive advantages of their companies, to discover new customers or suppliers through our worldwide listing of Lighting and DA players , to find reference documentation about automotive lighting advanced features together with all the DVN special reports.
This DVN Community will have its own forum where you will be able to initiate communications and exchanges. Our experts will answer your questions and help you if possible to resolve your problems. There will even be possibilities for those who wish to open their own blog on DVN. Finally, a who’s who section will list and present the most prominent automotive lighting people of our community.
Please tell us what you’d like to see! Send in your suggestions to shape the DVN website into your tool. Our ambition is clear: it should become the site which allows you to keep in touch and where you can find everything you search about information, reports, publication, people and all the events evolving around our lighting and driver assistance community.
Sincerely yours,
DVN General Editor
