Last week, we released the latest Driving Vision News report, Signal Lamps as Brand Signature. It’s totally focused on signal lamps as a strong lever for enhancing brand signature and advertising a vehicle’s level of technical sophistication. With this document, I strive to share a complete overview on signal lamps, presenting clearly the newest styling and safety performance approaches.
Since our first report on the 2008 NAIAS, DVN has published 25 reports about technologies, automotive congresses and shows, regulations, car makers, and lighting supplier’s profiles.
This report, with 120 illustrations and 40 pages, shares a complete overview on signal lamps, presenting clearly the newest techniques and trends. We anticipate its becoming the reference standard for our community of professionals: car makers and Tier 1&2 lighting suppliers, as well as universities. It assembles all needed strategic information on signal lamps.
I conclude with three suggestions to lighting players in order to allow them to be at the top level when the present financial crisis eases.
