Gamma Scientific, Inc. (www.gamma-sci.com) introduce the RadOMA-LED Goniometric System for fast, accurate, and precise LED angular spectral measurements.
The new system combines a RadOMA multi-element array with the high sensitivity of backside-thinned CCD detector technology. The advanced instrument’s exceptional low light measurement capabilities and superior blue-light region sensitivity offers improved performance and higher sensitivity than is available with conventional, front-illuminated CCD-based systems. The modular instrument is designed for easy integration into existing systems via a high-speed USB interface, and performs fast, accurate measurement of luminous and radiant intensity, dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, colour temperature, and chromaticity. The self-calibrating system features near-perfect repeatability via Gamma’s RadOMA opto-electrical platform, and operates over a wide spectral range via four models that feature millisecond measurement speed and near real-time measurements. Spectral wavelength ranges extend from the ultraviolet to near-infrared and include extremely high sensitivity over the blue-light region of the spectrum. The four optional modules offer detector wavelengths from 200 nm to 550 nm, 260 nm to 900 nm, 300 nm to 1100 nm and from 380 nm to 810 nm.
