As we reach the new year, it’s a fine time to evaluate DVN’s achievements over 2018: 52 newsletters, 11 Reports, two Workshops, a world-first Lidar Conference, fruitful regular exchanges following questions of DVN Gold members, and steady expansion of the DVN community.
52 Newsletters were sent to the lighting community, week after week without fail. That’s 52 editorials, 52 in-depth features, and around 700 news articles about lighting, driver assistance, and relevant industry news. The DVN weekly Newsletter’s purpose is to cover all important facts and events happening in the realm of lighting and ADAS—it’s the one-stop source for relevant news and views for our industry.
11 Reports were released. We published Reports on the main events including CES in Las Vegas, auto shows at Detroit, Geneva, Shanghai, and Paris, DVN Workshops at Munich and Tokyo, and the VISION congress.
We worked hard this year to make 4 especially interesting reports on:
– Engineering Consultancy companies
– Vehicle lighting in Japan
– Cameras in automotive lighting
– Varroc profile
