In 2015 a German research association funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research launched the project “Integrated High Resolution LED Light Sources in an AFS/ADB Headlamp” in the field of integrated microphotonics.
The partners—Osram, Infineon, Hella, Daimler, and Fraunhofer—have developed the basis for an intelligent LED vehicle headlamp with high resolution.
