DVN: What can you tell us about Stanley?
Koji Shimoda: The sales of Stanley Electric are around USD $3bn. Our major customers are Honda, and all Japanese carmakers but automotive manufacturers in other countries are also important customers. Our technological strength is as the unique automotive exterior lighting company who can manufacture everything from LED light sources to lighting applications like headlamps through a vertical integration process. We have been developing innovative products in automotive exterior lighting, and at the same time we have a long history in optical semiconductor development. These experiences enable us to develop unique products that cannot be done by other manufacturers.
