GTB held a full programme of working group and taskforce meetings at its headquarters in Turin from 05 to 08 February 2013 with the participation of more than 40 delegates from its 17 national and international delegations.
The session was generously sponsored by the Italian member CUNA (the Italian Technical Commission for Automotive Standardisation ) where GTB has its headquarters and shares the state of the art meeting facilities that offer the perfect atmosphere for the active debate and productive discussions for which GTB is renowned.

The GTB working groups and taskforces study issues and develop proposals to adapt regulations and standards to technical progress. Usually it is inappropriate to provide detailed reports on the discussions that are reserved for GTB members until the proposals are officially adopted and released. However it is possible to provide DVN readers with an overview that identifies the topics currently being studied. These can be summarised as follows:
Light Sources Working Group (Chairman Ad de Visser)
In addition to the regular activity to update the light-source regulations 37, 99 and 128, the group continued its work to define requirements for LED Retrofits for Regulation 37 Light Sources.
