Hella has been voted the number-1 lighting brand in a reader survey by the enthusiast magazine “4WheelFun” (August 2008 issue). In the Lighting category, more than 6,000 readers voted Hella to an unchallenged first place, with a result of 75%. In total, there are 13 categories of equipment and accessories.
With this result, Hella takes first place for Lighting for the second time this year. A survey by the German enthusiast magazine “auto motor und sport” (March 13, 2008 issue) produced a similar result: at 71% of the votes, Hella was first choice.
The company’s recent innovations include the world’s first full-LED series-production SUV headlamp for the Cadillac Escalade Platinum, as well as the intelligent headlamp system “Adaptive Front Lighting” for the new Opel Insignia. In addition, Hella have an extensive product range of auxiliary lamps and lights, including economical LED daylight running lamps for retrofitting.
