In view of the pilot work on access and road use of Intelligent Connected vehicles (ICV), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Ministry of Transport have formulated the Implementation Guide for Pilot Access and Road Use of Intelligent Connected Vehicles (Trial Implementation) (hereinafter referred to as the Guide). To guide automobile production enterprises and users to carry out pilot work in an orderly manner in the designated areas of cities where vehicles operate. The Guide includes four parts: access, users, road access, suspension and withdrawal of the pilot.
