NanoVents is an innovative Czech/EU company specializing in PTFE-free nanomembrane venting technology. NanoVents team develops and manufactures components for ventilation, vapor permeability, and pressure equalization, specifically targeting automotive lighting, sensors, and various electronic systems.
The company places a strong emphasis on safe and sustainable materials. All NanoVents solutions are 100% free from PFAS, PFOA, and PTFE compounds, ensuring full compliance with current and upcoming environmental regulations, including the EU REACH and US EPA bans effective from 2026.
NanoVents offers a wide range of size-standardized parts based on multilayer structures with varied performance characteristics. These components are engineered to meet the demands of both open and closed lighting systems, providing reliable functionality in airflow management, pressure equalization, and water vapor removal to minimize condensation. All NanoVents products offer barrier protection against water and particles down to 0.1 µm.
The use of rigid PA6/PES layers ensures long-term mechanical durability under demanding operating conditions and provides high chemical resistance to automotive fluids. This durability is further enhanced by advanced NanoComposite surface treatment.
The core product lines are based on standardized multilayer designs that incorporate dedicated nanomembrane layers. NanoVents also offers customized solutions tailored for specific requirements, including high-temperature operation, pressure-loaded environments, or other specialized use cases.
NanoVents relies on its own patented multilayer membrane technology, enabling fast adaptation to evolving customer and project needs while maintaining consistent high quality. All products are manufactured in the Czech Republic (EU) in accordance with ISO 9001/14001 and VDA-compliant processes. In close cooperation with its sister company ADOZ s.r.o., NanoVents ensures efficient production, logistics, and global customer support for the automotive industry.
