We provide femtosecond laser engraving services for free-form microstructures, micro-optics and textures on production tool or prototypes.

We are able to engrave free-form microstructures or micro-optics with sizes in the order of some microns in absolutely standard production tools of any shape or size. Possibilities are limitless. Some of the funcional and design possibilities using our femtosecond laser technology are spreading or diffusing light with attractive surface patterns, concentrating light for greater intensity or creating micro-optics. Controlled light diffusion with perfect repeatability is also possible thanks to the burr-free process.

Some benefits are smaller space needed for light-guides, more efficiency, low power consumption, innovative signatures and lightweight parts among others.
